Job Title: Warehouse Staff – Refurbish

Pay Range: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour 

Location: City of Industry, CA

What you will DO:

• Order Picking & Fulfillment
  Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves using pick lists or digital scanners, ensuring correct SKU/item codes and quantities for each order.
  
  
• Material Handling & Sorting (搬貨跟分貨)
  Manually move, stack, and organize incoming and outgoing inventory, including breaking down pallets and sorting items by category or destination to maintain an orderly warehouse.
  
  
• Packing & Shipping Preparation
  Securely pack items using appropriate packing materials (e.g., bubble wrap, paper) to prevent damage. Weigh and measure packages to ensure accurate shipping rates.
  
  
• Shipping Documentation
  Generate shipping labels (UPS, FedEx, USPS) and prepare Bills of Lading (BOL). Verify that shipping information matches sales orders.
  
  
• Inventory Loading
  Assist with loading outgoing shipments onto trucks or containers, ensuring safe placement of heavy items to prevent shifting during transit.

What you will NEED:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 60 lbs regularly, with or without reasonable accommodation. (搬貨)
• Basic English proficiency: ability to read shipping labels and pick tickets
• Basic Excel skills for data entry and shipment tracking
• Strong reliability, punctuality, and a team-oriented mindset to meet daily shipping deadlines
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Mandarin speaking is a plus to support communication within the team members.
• Forklift experience is a plus for moving heavy pallets and accessing high racks.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and shipping software (e.g., ShipStation, WorldShip) is a plus
