Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Completion of an accredited Home Health Aide (HHA) program preferred
- Active HHA certification/license preferred
- Physically capable of performing caregiving duties
- Ability to safely handle body fluids and other potentially hazardous materials
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Meets all applicable personnel and regulatory requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect personal care services in clients' homes under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Follow individualized care plans and assigned care instructions
- Maintain a safe and comfortable environment while delivering care
- Observe and report changes in a client's condition, behavior, or needs to the supervising nurse
- Accurately document services provided and submit required reports in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, families, and healthcare team members
- Assist clients with activities of daily living while promoting dignity, comfort, independence, and well-being
- Adhere to all company policies, state regulations, and professional standards governing Home Health Aides
