Baystate Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical/Surgical and Intercare team at Baystate Wing Hospital in Palmer, Massachusetts. Our Medical/Surgical team provides care to a diverse adult patient population, working closely with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe, compassionate, high-quality care.
The Registered Nurse role offers the opportunity to build your nursing career in a unique community hospital environment while caring for Telemetry, high-acuity Medical/Surgical, and Intermediate Care patients.
The Registered Nurse Will:
- Deliver safe, compassionate care to a diverse Medical/Surgical patient population.
- Use clinical judgment to assess patients and guide individualized care.
- Administer medications and treatments while supporting positive outcomes.
- Partner with physicians and interdisciplinary teams in a collaborative environment.
- Educate and support patients and families throughout their care.
- Advocate for patients and make a meaningful difference every shift.
Schedule Details
Job Type: Full-Time, 36 hours per week
Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
Schedule: 12-hour shifts
