Baystate Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical/Surgical and Intercare team at Baystate Wing Hospital in Palmer, Massachusetts. Our Medical/Surgical team provides care to a diverse adult patient population, working closely with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe, compassionate, high-quality care. 

The Registered Nurse role offers the opportunity to build your nursing career in a unique community hospital environment while caring for Telemetry, high-acuity Medical/Surgical, and Intermediate Care patients. 

The Registered Nurse Will: 

  • Deliver safe, compassionate care to a diverse Medical/Surgical patient population. 
  • Use clinical judgment to assess patients and guide individualized care. 
  • Administer medications and treatments while supporting positive outcomes. 
  • Partner with physicians and interdisciplinary teams in a collaborative environment. 
  • Educate and support patients and families throughout their care. 
  • Advocate for patients and make a meaningful difference every shift. 

Schedule Details 

  • Job Type: Full-Time, 36 hours per week 

  • Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM 

  • Schedule: 12-hour shifts

No employee will be paid below the minimum of the range. Pay ranges are listed as hourly for non-exempt employees and based on assumed full time commitment for exempt employees.
