Experience working in a fast-paced environment. If you're looking to be part of a winning team, Jupiter Marine is a great place to work! Jupiter Marine is looking for a team player with start-to-finish experience in boat building. The Assembler installs interior and exterior components, including consoles, hatches, doors, seating, plumbing, and electrical pre-runs. This role ensures that boats ranging from 24 to 43 feet are built to production and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: • Read and follow build sheets and engineering drawings. • Install consoles, liners, hatches, doors, seating, and other structural or interior parts. • Fit and secure hardware and components using adhesives, screws, and sealants. • Run basic plumbing (hoses, pumps, thru-hulls) and electrical pre-wiring. • Inspect and test installed systems for accuracy and proper function. • Perform adjustments, grinding, trimming, and sealing as needed. • Keep a clean work area and follow safety procedures. Qualifications 1–2 years’ experience in boatbuilding or general assembly (preferred). Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, adhesives, and fasteners. Ability to measure, mark, cut, and fit parts with precision. Basic understanding of marine systems is a plus.
