Moldaw Residences is recruiting for an experienced hospitality focused Maintenance Associate to join our team! This position is responsible for the completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned.Â

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities:
- Perform all minor and major repairs, modifications and preventive maintenance tasks on building and facility equipment, fixtures and systems.
- Maintain inventory control.
- Assist in monitoring all work being performed by outside contractors.
- Complete ground work as directed by Operations Manager which may include picking up trash, sweeping curb and dumpster areas.
- Responsible for alerting Operations Manager of any unusual occurrence and/or damage that may occur.
- Assist with maintenance needs in units and common areas of the facility.
- Perform apartment renovations including painting, cleaning and repairing.
Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- 1 year of experience in a maintenance position preferred.
- Comfortable using a wide variety of hand and portable power tools.
Pay Range: $24-$26.50 per hour
Full Time Position - Tuesday through Saturday
Hours: 11:30AM - 8PM
