Concierge- Full Time Sunday through Thursday 10:30am to 6:30pm

Job DetailsJob Location: Palo Alto Commons - Palo Alto, CA 94306Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $19.00 - $20.00 Hourly *Greet visitors and ensures proper sign-in procedure and issue visitor badge. · Answer all incoming and internal telephone calls and direct to appropriate parties/extensions. · Provide tours with necessary paperwork and notify Marketing staff. * Give breaks to main concierge for the AM and PM shift  · Call managers when visitors are in the lobby. · Ensure that there is orderly traffic in the lobby area. · Observe lobby and report any area that needs attention to appropriate staff. · Maintain and update Marketing Brochures, Hand Outs and other files. · Make copies, file, and complete other tasks as assigned. QualificationsMust possess a friendly and warm personality. Must be able to clearly communicate with residents, families and visitors.
