We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to partner with senior leaders across the firm. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment and excels at managing complexity, anticipating needs, and driving execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders across the firm, driving alignment, execution, and communication across key initiatives while anticipating needs and ensuring priorities move forward efficiently.

  • Provide high-level executive support, managing complex calendars, competing priorities, and shifting demands while optimizing executive effectiveness.

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with founders, portfolio company executives, investors, board members, executive search partners, candidates, and prospective founders, representing the firm with professionalism and discretion.

  • Coordinate domestic and international meetings across multiple time zones, ensuring seamless scheduling and logistics while balancing competing priorities and sensitivities.

  • Act as an extension of the executives you support by maintaining visibility into priorities, attending key meetings as needed, driving follow-through on action items, and supporting execution of strategic initiatives.

  • Strengthen cross-functional collaboration by streamlining communication and coordinating efforts across teams to support firm-wide objectives.

  • Serve as a trusted ambassador for the firm, ensuring a high-quality, welcoming, and professional experience for all founders, investors, candidates, portfolio company leaders, and external stakeholders.

Additional Experience We Value

  • Experience supporting recruiting, executive search, or talent-related initiatives, including interview coordination, candidate communications, and stakeholder management.

  • Prior experience supporting executives within venture capital, private equity, startups, professional services, or other high-growth organizations.

  • Resourceful and solutions-oriented, able to resolve issues quickly and independently.

The annual base salary range is $140,000 to $180,000. The base salary will depend on numerous factors such as experience, knowledge, and skills. We offer a competitive benefits package and prioritize in-person collaboration. Our team works from our Palo Alto office, this role requires 5 days per week in office.
