Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 3:00PM - 11:30PM

The Job: Join our dynamic team! We are seeking full-time team members. In this position, you will be responsible for a variety of key housekeeping duties.

The Core Duties:
- Keeping our campus sparkling!
- Dusting and mopping floors
- Moving equipment and furniture for cleaning purposes
- Washing walls, windows, doors, furniture, baseboards and other items needed to maintain a clean safe environment for our visitors and staff
- Seeking out areas that require cleaning and take initiative to complete the task
- Collecting and disposing of trash/recycling
- Assisting in the laundry area
The Essentials:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-2 years’ experience in similar sized institution preferred
- Ability to deal with frequent interruptions
- Ability to identify safety hazards and act accordingly
- Ability to carry out proper cleaning procedures on a daily basis
- Ability to complete task to the highest standards possible
- Ability and desire to work independently and as a team member with the community and other employees             Â
- Ability to communicate effectively (written and oral)
- Exhibit initiative, responsibility, flexibility and leadership
- Ability to use working knowledge of working environment to meet established goals and objectives
- Positive, upbeat and enthusiastic about working in a non-profit environment
