Marketing Campaign Manager

About Vinci

Vinci is building the intelligence layer for hardware engineering. For decades, physics has been one of the biggest constraints on how physical products get designed — not because engineers don't trust it, but because it's been too slow and too expensive to use continuously. Teams make hundreds of design decisions before they ever see high-fidelity physics; by the time the simulation arrives, the design is largely locked.

We change that. Our Foundation Model for Physics makes deterministic physical reasoning available while a design is still evolving, so engineers can make better decisions before the cost of change compounds. Unlike general-purpose AI, our model learns physical behavior from first principles — not from human-generated text or images.

Today, Vinci is deployed on production engineering programs at leading semiconductor companies — the hardest physics problems in modern electronics. Semiconductors are not the limit. They're the proof: our ambition includes everything downstream of the chip, from robots and vehicles to data centers and aircraft.

We're growing fast, and hiring across the company. Joining now means arriving early enough to help shape how Vinci works, not just what it ships.

The Role

We're not looking for a traditional Campaign Manager.

We're looking for someone who wants to help invent what enterprise marketing looks like in the age of AI.

Vinci is building an AI-native Customer Engagement Operating System that continuously observes customer behavior, infers intent, orchestrates personalized engagement, and learns from every interaction. Instead of managing disconnected campaigns and measuring success through a linear MQL → SQL → Opportunity funnel, we're building a system that continuously grows strategic accounts through customer intelligence, agentic workflows, and data-driven orchestration.

Fewer than 10% of B2B companies operate this way today.

You'll help define what the other 90% eventually become.

This role combines campaign strategy, AI, customer intelligence, and commercial operations. You'll work alongside Product Marketing, Sales, Application Engineering, and Product to design campaigns that don't simply generate leads—they identify buying signals, activate engineering teams, expand strategic accounts, and continuously improve through learning.

You'll also help pioneer a new approach to marketing one of the most demanding audiences in technology: engineers evaluating deep technical infrastructure. Selling to hardware engineering organizations is fundamentally different from selling traditional enterprise software. The buyers are technical. The evaluation cycles are evidence-driven. Trust is earned through technical credibility, not marketing claims.

We're looking for someone who wants to help redefine how enterprise marketing works—not someone looking to optimize the existing playbook.

What You Bring

  • 4+ years of hands-on B2B marketing experience, ideally in a technical, enterprise, or account-based environment. You have personally built and run campaigns—not just managed agencies, teams, or strategy.

  • A builder's instinct. When the existing playbook doesn't fit the problem, your instinct is to create a better one. You challenge how things are done today, but you turn those ideas into systems, campaigns, workflows, and measurable results.

  • A bias toward action and experimentation. You're comfortable starting with an imperfect answer, testing it quickly, learning from the results, and making it better. Ambiguity energizes you more than it paralyzes you.

  • The confidence to drive change across functions. You can challenge established assumptions, advocate for a better way of working, and bring Sales, Product Marketing, Application Engineering, and Product with you. You don't need organizational authority to create organizational change.

  • Genuine excitement about rebuilding how marketing works around AI and agentic workflows—not simply using AI to make the existing marketing playbook faster.

  • Hands-on fluency with AI tools and agents (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) as daily working infrastructure. You experiment with new tools, build workflows yourself, and continually look for ways AI can change what is possible—not just improve productivity.

  • Operational depth. You're comfortable inside Salesforce CRM or comparable platforms and can work directly with segmentation, workflows, reporting, campaign operations, and the underlying data. Strategy and execution are not separate jobs to you.

  • Intellectual curiosity and technical credibility. You want to understand how the product, customer, and technology actually work. You know that skeptical, evidence-driven engineering audiences are persuaded by substance, not marketing claims.

  • Excellent written communication. You can turn complex technical ideas into clear, precise communication without stripping away what makes them important.

  • High ownership and unusually high standards. You are comfortable in a fast-moving environment where priorities change, resources are constrained, and important work sometimes requires doing things that haven't been done before.
