Role Summary
• Term and revolving facilities for leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, and corporate growth
• Draft and negotiate commitment letters, credit agreements, and collateral packages
• Coordinate across deal teams to keep timelines tight and documentation clean
Candidate Profile
• Mid-level associate with meaningful credit agreement reps and negotiation experience
• Comfortable working directly with sponsor teams, lender counsel, and business principals
• Bar admission (or ability to obtain promptly) required
