Your Day-to-Day Superpowers: What You’ll Actually Do:

• Master Data Visionary: Own the strategy and roadmap for Master Data Management (MDM), defining how critical healthcare entities (patients, providers, codes, claims) are governed, unified, and maintained for internal and external consistency
• Integration Architect: Design and optimize the end-to-end integration workflows, mapping how our Penguin Ai solution will flawlessly connect with diverse EMR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner) and Claims systems, ensuring smooth data exchange and operational efficiency
• Data Integrity Guardian: Be the ultimate QA for our data. You'll scrutinize data inputs and outputs, validating consistency, accuracy, and compliance (e.g., ICD-10/CPT alignment, clinical accuracy) across all integrated systems. You'll spot data quality gaps and potential integration misfires before they become problems
• Interoperability Professor: Become our in-house guru on healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, EDI 837/835). You'll build and maintain a fortress of knowledge about specific protocols, enabling our AI and integration layers to speak fluently with any system
• Ecosystem Integrator: Educate and empower our Product and Engineering squads on the intricate nuances of healthcare data exchange and MDM. You'll illuminate common integration challenges and craft robust test cases for complex data scenarios
• Impact Alchemist: Define, track, and evangelize critical KPIs related to data quality, integration efficiency, and MDM adoption. You'll quantify our AI's magical impact through the lens of seamless data flow and reliable insights, driving continuous model and integration iteration for even greater glory
• Data Flow Cartographer: Map and document complex internal and external data flows, ensuring a clear understanding of how information is acquired, processed, stored, and consumed, with a focus on data lineage and governance

We need someone with an extraordinary combination of deep healthcare data expertise, technical acumen, and analytical prowess, with a strong focus on MDM and systems integration.

Your Master Data & Integration Arsenal (Experience):

• Healthcare Data Sage (10+ years): You've seen it all in healthcare data management, from source system integration to data warehousing and MDM. You're a seasoned veteran with a proven track record of solving complex data challenges in a healthcare context
• Interoperability Champion: Extensive experience with integrating solutions into EMRs (Epic, Cerner, Meditech) and Claims systems, utilizing standards like HL7, FHIR, and EDI (837/835)
• MDM Architect: 5+ years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, or managing Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives for critical healthcare entities (patient, provider, payer, claim)
• Certified Connoisseur: You hold key certifications in healthcare data, project management, or relevant technical standards. FHIR certification is a definite plus

Your Technical Toolkit (Technical Acumen):

• Data-Savvy Translator: You speak the language of various healthcare data formats, APIs, and exchange protocols. You understand the technical dance of data pipelines, transformation, and reconciliation
