What You’ll Do

As a Room Attendant at AC Palo Alto, you’ll:

• Impeccably clean and maintain guest rooms and public spaces to luxury standards
• Restock linens, amenities, and supplies with care and precision
• Use eco-friendly cleaning products and follow all safety and sanitation protocols
• Respond to guest requests promptly and thoughtfully
• Collaborate with your team to ensure an exceptional, seamless guest experience
• Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns proactively
• Uphold guest confidentiality and hotel security standards
