Job Description:

Location: Onsite 3 days a wee in Palo Alto, CA (no remote)

As theĀ SeniorĀ ManagerĀ Technical Enablement,Ā you willĀ elevate the technical depth, readiness, and field excellence ofĀ Uniphore’sĀ Sales EngineeringĀ and Customer SuccessĀ functions.Ā You willĀ design and scaleĀ role basedĀ enablement programs that translate our latest product innovations into practical,Ā customer readyĀ assets—playbooks, demos, agentic workflows, andĀ hands-onĀ labs—so teams can drive outcomes from first engagement through adoption and expansion.Ā You will also design andĀ rolloutĀ Sales EngineeringĀ skillsĀ forĀ Discovery & Use Case,Ā DemoĀ Mastery,Ā Workshopping,Ā Architecture renderings. This position reports to the Vice President of Revenue Strategy & Operations and works within a broader GTM Enablement function.Ā Ā Ā 

  • Technical Enablement Strategy: Define aĀ people centric, scalable enablement strategy forĀ SalesĀ EngineeringĀ and Customer Success;Ā establishĀ clear success metrics and continuously measure impactĀ supporting the SVP of Sales EngineeringĀ and the VP of Customer Success.Ā Ā 

  • Programs & Content: Own the portfolio ofĀ role-basedĀ learning paths, technical playbooks, demo scripts, solution architectures,Ā hands-onĀ labs, and customer scenarios—updated to reflect the latest product features and agentic patterns.Ā Ā 

  • Thought Leadership & Trusted Advisor Frameworks: Position SE/SAĀ and CSMĀ as trusted advisors in Data & AI with frameworks for discovery, value mapping,Ā demo to win,Ā whiteboarding/workshopping, Quarter Business Reviews,Ā Onboarding,Ā and executive narrative.Ā Ā 

  • Field Readiness & Role Excellence: Drive readiness cadences, certifications, andĀ on-the-jobĀ assessments thatĀ validateĀ skills in data fabric, knowledge retrieval, model orchestration (open/closed LLMs & SLMs), and agentic design.Ā Ā 

  • Cross FunctionalĀ Partnership: Collaborate with Product,Ā Engineering, SalesĀ Engineering, and Customer SuccessĀ LeadershipĀ to turn new releases intoĀ field readyĀ assets.Ā Ā 

  • Tooling & Automation: LeverageĀ Uniphore’sĀ own platform andĀ ourĀ enablement techĀ (Seismic,Ā Synthesia, Articulate, Adobe)Ā to personalize learning, capture telemetry, and embed AI agents in enablement workflows (content retrieval, demo assembly, call insights).   

  • Executive Communication: Provide crisp,Ā data backedĀ updates to GTM leadership on enablement outcomes; escalate blockers and align on priorities across business units.

Responsibilities (Day-to-day)Ā 

  • Develop andĀ maintainĀ enablement roadmaps for SE/SAĀ & CSMĀ roles;Ā create content & programs that enable SE / SAĀ to successfully discover, demo, architect, and solution for clients across our suite of products & solutions.Ā Ā 

  • SupportĀ Ā 

  • Produce demo environments and multiagent scenarios that highlight security, governance, andĀ composability;Ā instrument usage and field feedback loops.   

  • Run readiness cycles—bootcamps, labs, and certifications—with measurableĀ proficiencyĀ targets;Ā report impact on pipeline velocity and technical win rates.Ā Ā 

  • Translate product updates intoĀ customer readyĀ narratives and solution architectures; publish playbooks and ā€œart of the possibleā€ workshop materials.Ā Ā

QualificationsĀ 

  • Experience: 8–10+ years in technical enablement, Field Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Learning & Enablement at scale—ideally in enterprise Data & AI, but experienceĀ withĀ EnterpriseĀ Data Lakes / Warehouses,Ā Hybrid Multi-Cloud / Hyperscale is also good as well.Ā Ā 

  • Industry Experience:Ā across several industries: Finance, Insurance,Ā High Tech, Telecommunications, & Business ServicesĀ Ā 

  • Technical depth: HandsonĀ expertiseĀ with AI/ML and cloud data stacks; familiarity with LLM/SLM governance, retrieval, and agent orchestration.Ā Ā 

  • Program design: Proven ability to simplify complex topics intoĀ role specificĀ content, labs, and demos; track outcomes with clear success metrics.Ā Ā 

  • Influence & presence: Executive communication skills; ability to partner across Product, Engineering, GTM, and regional leaders.

Based in Palo Alto / Bay Area, hybrid with 3 days per week in office; remote not acceptedĀ

Hiring Range:

The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications and prior experience.
