Programs & Content:āÆOwn the portfolio ofĀ role-basedĀ learning paths, technical playbooks, demo scripts, solution architectures,Ā hands-onĀ labs, and customer scenariosāupdated to reflect the latest product features and agentic patterns.Ā Ā
Thought Leadership & Trusted Advisor Frameworks:āÆPosition SE/SAĀ and CSMĀ as trusted advisors in Data & AI with frameworks for discovery, value mapping,Ā demo to win,Ā whiteboarding/workshopping, Quarter Business Reviews,Ā Onboarding,Ā and executive narrative.Ā Ā
Field Readiness & Role Excellence:āÆDrive readiness cadences, certifications, andĀ on-the-jobĀ assessments thatĀ validateĀ skills in data fabric, knowledge retrieval, model orchestration (open/closed LLMs & SLMs), and agentic design.Ā Ā

SupportĀ Ā
Produce demo environments and multiagent scenarios that highlight security, governance, andĀ composability;Ā instrument usage and field feedback loops.āÆĀ Ā
Run readiness cyclesābootcamps, labs, and certificationsāwith measurableĀ proficiencyĀ targets;Ā report impact on pipeline velocity and technical win rates.Ā Ā
Translate product updates intoĀ customer readyĀ narratives and solution architectures; publish playbooks and āart of the possibleā workshop materials.Ā Ā

QualificationsĀ
Experience:āÆ8ā10+ years in technical enablement, Field Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Learning & Enablement at scaleāideally in enterprise Data & AI, but experienceĀ withĀ EnterpriseĀ Data Lakes / Warehouses,Ā Hybrid Multi-Cloud / Hyperscale is also good as well.Ā Ā
Industry Experience:Ā across several industries: Finance, Insurance,Ā High Tech, Telecommunications, & Business ServicesĀ Ā
Technical depth:āÆHandsonĀ expertiseĀ with AI/ML and cloud data stacks; familiarity with LLM/SLM governance, retrieval, and agent orchestration.Ā Ā
Program design:āÆProven ability to simplify complex topics intoĀ role specificĀ content, labs, and demos; track outcomes with clear success metrics.Ā Ā
Influence & presence:āÆExecutive communication skills; ability to partner across Product, Engineering, GTM, and regional leaders.āÆĀ

Hiring Range:
The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications and prior experience.
