Our Schedule
  • Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 5:45pm
  • Friday: 8:00am - 12:00pm
  • Full-time hours you can count on — no slow weeks, no cut schedules

What You'll Do

Clinical Leadership & Patient Care
  • Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized plans of care (POC)
  • Deliver skilled, evidence-informed interventions
  • Foster strong therapeutic alliances to promote adherence and engagement
  • Educate patients on diagnosis, recovery expectations, and long-term self-management
  • Drive meaningful functional improvement and successful plan-of-care completion
  • Complete accurate, timely, and defensible EMR documentation
Team & Culture
  • Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical team members for smooth clinic flow
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, growth-oriented culture
  • Supervise and mentor PTAs and student PTs to shape the next generation of clinicians
  • Attend 2 community events per year to connect ProMotion to the communities we serve
  • Build niche expertise in alignment with company direction and patient needs

Requirements

  • Licensed Physical Therapist in South Carolina or compact state (or upcoming graduate)
  • Strong communication, documentation, and computer skills
  • Ability to remain active — standing, walking, and assisting patients throughout the day

Performance Expectations

We set clear goals and support you in reaching them. Once onboarded, you'll work toward:
  • Quality care defined as Net Promoter Score (NPS) 90 or above
  • Accessible care defined as 1.333 visits per hour or above (typically 12-13 patients in a 9-hour day)
  • Accurate, timely, and defensible EMR documentation
