Job Summary

The Alys Shoppe Stock/Warehouse Supervisor oversees all warehouse, inventory control, and distribution operations. This role ensures accurate inventory management, efficient product flow, and premium handling of merchandise across store locations. The position plays a strategic role in seasonal readiness, allocation, and operational planning to support high-volume resort traffic while maintaining elevated brand and quality standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage all warehouse and inventory control operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and distribution
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient stock room/warehouse environment that meets safety and brand standards
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and organization of inventory
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, transfers, and returns to support retail locations and e-commerce
• Plan and execute replenishment strategies aligned with the demand of holidays, events, and weather-driven sales
• Collaborate with Retail Operations, Buying, and Visual Merchandising teams to support floor sets, launches, and promotions
• Oversee accurate inventory levels across warehouse and retail locations through audits, cycle counts, and system reconciliations
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, damages, and shrink in partnership with Shoppe Management and Accounting
• Lead, train, schedule, and evaluate warehouse and inventory staff, fostering accountability and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures

Job Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and operate ladders or warehouse equipment
