| About the role: 聽| The Compliance Analyst I is responsible for ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements for various affordable housing programs. This role involves meticulous review of program reports, tenant income certifications, and follow up with open management reviews, with a focus on timely resolution of identified issues.

聽| Responsibilities: | 路聽 聽 聽 聽 Thoroughly review monthly and annual program reports, including Tenant Income Certifications, to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Maintain detailed records of outstanding issues and track their resolution through effective correspondence.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Proactively follow up on management reviews and physical inspections, diligently tracking findings until complete resolution utilizing internal reports.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Maintain and update all contractual reporting requirements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Remain current on evolving housing industry compliance issues and regulations.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Maintain a comprehensive understanding of compliance monitoring for various State and Federal Affordable Housing programs, including but not limited to:
o 聽 Housing Credit
o 聽 SAIL (State Apartment Incentive Loan) HOME (Home Investment Partnerships Program) NHTF (National Housing Trust Fund) CDBG-DR (Community Development Block Grant-Disaster Recovery) State and County Bonds

| Candidate requirements: 聽| 路聽 聽 聽 聽 Minimum of 1-year experience in the Affordable Housing Industry.聽
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Able to travel to attend trainings and assist as needed. Travel is limited for this position.聽
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Computer skills proficient in MS Office products with in depth experience in Excel.聽
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Highly organized with excellent oral and written skills.聽
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Must be analytical and detail oriented with superior follow-through skills.聽
路聽 聽 聽 聽 HCCP certification or commit to earning the HCCP certification.
