Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is hiring a Licensed Esthetician for a full-time role that includes both Spa Associate shifts and a path into Esthetician service shifts.
This is a strong opportunity for a licensed esthetician who enjoys working with people, is comfortable with sales, and wants steady hours while growing into a successful skincare schedule.
Start out as a Spa Associate while you train for esthetics in our spa. Your 5 shifts may start as 4/1 or 3/2 desk and esthetics. As you gain experience and demonstrate strong guest communication, product knowledge, and sales ability, you will begin performing esthetics services and building your treatment-room schedule. Your income is steady and protected while you build into a full-time esthetics career.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service
- Schedule appointments and answer phones
- Promote memberships, enhancements, retail products, and gift cards
- Support daily spa operations and keep the spa guest-ready
- Perform facial and skincare services as you transition into service shifts
- Consult with clients and recommend treatment plans and home care
- Build long-term client relationships through education, service, and results
Qualifications
- Active Esthetician license required
- Friendly, professional, and comfortable talking with guests
- Sales-focused and goal-oriented
- Reliable, team-driven, and self-motivated
- Willing to work both front desk and treatment-room shifts
- Evening and weekend availability
- Liability insurance required before performing services
Compensation and Benefits
- Base hourly pay for Spa Associate shifts
- Service pay and/or commission for Esthetician shifts
