We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Loan Servicing Administrator to join our team. Responsibilities

Process and review loan documentation, including applications, contracts, and invoicing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Manage loan accounts by updating borrower information, disbursing insurance, tax and interest payments, and reconciling escrow accounts.
Ensure accuracy with Davis-Bacon and Section 3 compliance.
Coordinate with Developers to facilitate smooth on construction loan processing and servicing activities.
Monitor loan portfolios for compliance issues or potential delinquencies, initiating appropriate follow-up actions.
Maintain detailed records of all loan transactions, contracts, and correspondence.

Skills

Understanding of construction and permanent loan servicing procedures and guidelines.
Knowledge of Davis Bacon Act and Service Contract Act regulations and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in credit analysis, loan processing, and contract management within financial services.
Familiarity with banking operations, escrow management, and excel skills.
Ability to interpret complex contracts and legal documents related to loans and mortgages.
