Schedule: Rotating shifts | PRN

How you'll make an impact in this role

• Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care by assessing, implementing, and coordinating individualized treatment plans for patients with acute and urgent conditions.
• Monitor and communicate changes in patient condition promptly to support timely interventions and ensure safe, effective care.
• Coordinate care across physicians, EMS, specialists, and support teams to promote efficient patient flow and seamless transitions throughout the emergency visit.
• Carry out physician and nursing orders accurately and efficiently while prioritizing patient safety and clinical excellence in a fast-paced environment.
• Support discharge planning and patient education to promote recovery, reinforce follow-up care, and reduce unnecessary return visits.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date require. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Florida required. Credentialed from State Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.

What additional requirements you'll need

• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience.
• PALS certification.
