Technical Systems Integration, Inc. (TSI) is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Williamsburg, Virginia, delivering professional, technical, and management support to the U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, and DoD customers across the acquisition and sustainment lifecycle. 


TSI is hiring a Senior Logistician to support integrated product support for Navy and Marine Corps systems at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division. You will lead logistics documentation development across the full product support lifecycle, from maintenance planning and provisioning through configuration management and fleet readiness, supporting mine warfare, diving and life support, amphibious warfare, aviation support, and expeditionary systems.


Responsibilities

  • Lead development and delivery of logistics documents and integrated product support elements for assigned Navy programs, including maintenance plans, logistics support analysis, and life cycle sustainment plans
  • Oversee maintenance planning and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) support, including failure analysis, level of repair analysis, and maintenance requirement documentation
  • Develop logistics planning baselines, schedules, and level of effort estimates for new and follow-on program requirements
  • Oversee technical publication development, including electronic technical manuals and operating and maintenance procedures
  • Manage provisioning support, supply support planning, and parts availability tracking across assigned programs
  • Manage configuration, alteration, and logistics data within the Navy's digital product support database environment
  • Support wartime acquisition readiness planning and contested logistics analysis, including tabletop exercises and surge planning
  • Coordinate and attend program reviews, working groups, and logistics meetings; draft presentations, meeting minutes, and action items

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7 or more years of professional experience in integrated logistics support in a senior, leading, or supervisory role
  • Recent experience, within the last 4 years, overseeing development and delivery of maintenance plans, electronic technical manuals, and integrated product support elements for Navy or Marine Corps programs (or equivalent DoW programs)
  • Working knowledge of logistics support requirements for mine warfare, naval special warfare, diving and life support, or amphibious and expeditionary warfare systems
  • Active SECRET clearance
  • U.S. citizenship required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Logistics acquisition certification (DAWIA or equivalent)
  • Experience with Navy digital configuration and logistics database tools
  • Experience developing support equipment documentation and recommendation data for Navy support or test equipment
  • Background in wartime acquisition readiness or contested logistics planning

Compensation & Benefits


Compensation: $105,000 - $115,000
