Job SummaryĀ 

Responsible for prospecting and running Auris Payroll presentations both in person and over the phone to small and mid-sized merchants and businesses toĀ ultimately closeĀ deals within a fast sales cycle. As a Field Sales RepresentativeĀ youĀ will report to a Payroll Division Manager and receive coaching from a Territory Manager. Activities include explaining our value proposition to clients via Atlas CRM, upselling current clients on other Heartland products and services, andĀ maintainingĀ regular communication with the Payroll Territory (PTM) and/or Payroll Division Manager (PDM).Ā Ā

Your role as a Field Sales Rep is to close sales of our business solutions with merchants throughout the area. You will work closely with your local PDM or PTM to set appointments with business owners in person or face to face via your network and referral partnerships that you build. You will then run scheduled appointments, uncover needs, and present Auris solutions to close sales in small to mid-sized businesses.Ā Ā

During the training period, your PDM or PTM willĀ accompanyĀ you on yourĀ initialĀ appointments to train you on our short-cycle sales process using ourĀ tablet basedĀ CRM platform, Atlas, used for lead generation, sales presentations, on the spot client financial analysis and paperless contract processing. After training you will have the opportunity to set your own work schedule to maximize the upside of 100% commission and the residuals on the business you bring in.Ā Ā

ResponsibilitiesĀ 

  • Responsible for prospecting new clientsĀ 

  • Maintain existing/prospective client records,Ā in accordance withĀ company policies, to include call notes, scheduled client interactions, contact information, and other relevant client information, in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system; currently Atlas.Ā 

  • Responsible for achieving minimum production requirements, including setting first time appointments, to secure a WINĀ 

  • Continuously build and develop knowledge of current product/service portfolio as well as changes and developments within the financial technology industry, to remainĀ up-to-date.Ā 

  • Attend weekly team meeting and weekly one-on-one with leaderĀ 

  • AdditionalĀ responsibilities may be assigned as neededĀ

Minimum QualificationsĀ 

  • 18 years of age or olderĀ 

  • Valid Driver’s License and valid automobile insuranceĀ 

  • Successful completion of pre-employment background checkĀ 

  • Must live in area relative to job posting locationĀ 

  • At least two years of relevant experienceĀ 

  • Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skillsĀ 

  • Works well independently and as part of a teamĀ
