How you'll make an impact in this role
Formulate and oversee the organization's planning, policies and practices in collaboration with executive leadership.
- Participate in development of the organization's vision, policies and short- and long-term objectives.
- Develop, implement and monitor operating budgets for areas of responsibility.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and recommend cost effective and efficient solutions.
- Serve as liaison between Board of Directors, executive leadership, management, stakeholders, financial institutions, and regulatory agencies.
What minimum qualifications you'll need
Education:
- Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.
Work Experience:
- 10 years of experience required.
- 15 years of experience preferred.
- 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred
What additional requirements you'll need
- Growth-oriented executive with a demonstrated ability to scale organizations and drive business performance.
- High-energy leader who excels in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Proven champion of quality, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Broad COO experience encompassing operations, quality, process improvement, and growth strategy.
- Ability to align people, processes, and performance to achieve sustainable business growth.
