More about the role

This is an exciting job opportunity for Commercial Operations Analyst onsite to join our Commercial Excellence team in Panama. As Rebates and Promotions Specialist you are operationally responsible for driving efficient process execution and associated reporting while continuously improving the space through daily management and problem solving.

• Convert customer contract into ERP rebate module. Ensure high-quality and efficient rebate processing through continuous improvements and automation.
• Issue credit notes and ensure approval flow is adhered. Process commission payments as require. Reconcile rebates provision with payout (deductions and/or debit notes).
• Monitor sales & correlated rebates provision and proactively provide customer insights. Drive Problem solving and daily management to enable data based process streamlining and waste removal
• Drive continuous process enhancements, performance management, and forecasting results while supporting Finance.
• Collaborate with Finance Business Partners and managers to seek opportunities for process optimization and/ or automation

More about you

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Data analytics or a related field.
• Finance background/ accounting skills is essential.
• Experience with Rebates & Promotions processing preferred Problem solving skills (LEAN). Analytical skills (excel, PowerBi).
• SAP & Office knowledge.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
