The Program Analyst: Associate will help oversee and manage the operational aspects of projects and serve as one of the liaisons between project management, project teams and line management. This position is vital to ensure their successful support of the U.S. Navy鈥檚 Landing Craft, Air Cushion (LCAC) Amphibious Combat Vehicle (ACV) program on-base and critical to the success of FWG鈥檚 partnership with the U.S. Navy. This position will be responsible for ensuring that contract requirements and subcontractor responsibilities are accomplished and implemented in a timely, desirable and professional manner.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Review status of projects and budgets

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Manage schedules and prepare status reports

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Responsible for: developing budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements for an assigned portion of a program; participating in and establishing and defining program plan requirements; monitoring and reporting performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost and schedule objectives are met

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Track engineering project work in Jira, assisting with department budgets, producing power point briefings, and other typical analyst tasking, as assigned

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Analyze project data on a continuous basis to identify any potential business risk factors or technology gaps and gain insight into process improvements

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Create bi-weekly reports to update local command and program office sponsors

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Review and provide weekly budget analysis reports and resource allocation

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Support the Navy Program Manager by tracking government labor funding plans

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Provide logistical support by tracking and recording deliveries, stock levels, and part location

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Attend relevant leadership meetings to support tracking of project actions and deliverables

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Identify industry leading tools and methods to improve project business metrics and task execution

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and mission focus across the team

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Other duties as related to the business functions of FWG Solutions, as assigned

Requirements & Qualifications

Education:

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 High School Degree Required

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Bachelor's Degree Required (years of experience accepted in lieu of degree)

Licenses & Certifications:

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Active Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain an Interim Secret Clearance


Experience:

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 1+ years of experience in a similar position

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience using TEMPR, ERP, JIRA, NEPS, Windchill or other related platforms

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Knowledge of the substantive programs within the division and branches

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Knowledge and experience in project planning, tracking and oversight
