Loan Processor
As our Loan Processor, you will support the Loan Department by keeping consumer loan files accurate, complete, and moving efficiently through the lending process. Every day, you will manage a pipeline of direct and indirect consumer loan files, review submissions for completeness, and work closely with Loan Officers, Dealers, and Members to help create a smooth and reliable loan experience.
To thrive in this role, you should be a strong communicator who can clearly explain detailed requirements, follow up effectively, and collaborate with multiple partners. Strong problem-solving skills, organization, and the ability to manage competing priorities will help you succeed in this fast-paced lending environment.
Education and/or Experience Requirements
- High School diploma or GED requiredÂ
- Associate’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting or related field, and/or additional related work experience preferred.Â
- Minimum of 1-2 years of loan processing experience requiredÂ
- Work with others in collaborative manner while attempting to achieve a common goal
- Strong organizational skills, follow-up, and file maintenance.
- Ability to effectively handle escalated issues by utilizing problem solving skills
- Ability to meet deadlines, function under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
- Fast-paced environmentÂ
- Strong customer service skills a mustÂ
- Works effectively with frequent interruptionsÂ
- Ability to manage multiple deadlinesÂ
- Excellent time management skillsÂ
- Excellent computer skills with the ability to learn new systems.
