Location: Hillcrest Health & Living – Hillcrest Country Estates the Cottages
Address: 6021 Grand Lodge Ave, Papillion, NE 68133
Schedule: Full Time Evenings, 2pm-10pm
Pay: Starting at $18.00+ per hour, based on experience
Shift Differential: Additional shift differential may apply based on schedule.

What You’ll Do

As a Nurse Tech, you will support residents and nursing team members by helping provide personal care, comfort, and dignity each day.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Support meal service, hydration, and resident engagement.
• Take and report vital signs as directed.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Follow care plans, safety standards, and infection control practices.
• Bring a STAR mentality to your work: Selfless, Tough, Accountable, and Respectful.

What We’re Looking For

• An active CNA license in the state of Nebraska.
• Experience working with the elderly or providing personal care in a long-term care, post-acute, hospital, assisted living, or similar setting preferred.
• A caring, dependable, and team-focused attitude.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Someone who takes pride in serving others and making each day better for residents.
