Job DetailsJob Location: TEP Rocky Mountain - Parachute, CO 81635Salary Range: $28.00 - $30.00 HourlyFlywheel Energy is looking for a Bradenhead Technician I to join our field operations team. In this role, you'll perform pressure testing and annual Form 17 blowdown tests, stay current on regulatory compliance reporting, and work alongside experienced technicians to keep our sites safe, compliant, and running smoothly. This is a hands-on, outdoor field role suited to someone who's detail-oriented, safety-minded, and comfortable learning new routes and responsibilities on the go. Responsibilities: Proactively address regulatory compliance issues identified during site inspections. Resolve regulatory corrective actions on time, with clear, descriptive comments. Participate in the Safety Program, including reporting observations, near misses, and incidents. Identify and mitigate safety and environmental hazards during operations. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and standards. QualificationsQualifications: Ability to take pressures, keep up on compliance reporting, and perform annual Form 17 blowdown tests and pressure testing. Ability to navigate ignition systems. Ability to safely and responsibly operate a company-assigned vehicle. Ability to meet regulatory reporting requirements, including Pronto Forms. Strong communication skills and the ability to work alongside experienced technicians as part of a team. Willingness to work in adverse outdoor conditions. Knowledge and understanding of how to safely perform blowdown tests and pressure testing. Willingness to learn all field routes, locations, and responsible areas. Expected Hourly Wage & Benefits:  $28.00-$30.00 per hour  Position open through August 7th.  Benefits Available:  Medical, Dental and Vision  Life Insurance Disability Retirement PTO
