Job DetailsJob Location: TEP Rocky Mountain - Parachute, CO 81635Salary Range: $28.00 - $30.00 HourlyPosition Description: The Well Operations Tech is primarily responsible for the operation, logistics (moving rig up and down), and maintenance of the Well Operations department equipment.   Job Responsibilities / Duties: Main responsibility is the movement and rig up and rig down of the Flogistix and well unload compressors Potentially moving multiple units each day and assisting with rig up and rig down Maintenance and minor trouble shooting of mechanical issues Working with Well Operations Specialist, TEP mechanics, and Flogistix mechanics, when needed Performing preventative maintenance on the well unload compressors and tracking maintenance on the Flogistix rental units Maintenance scheduling and tracking of Well Operations dept. fleet of trucks Operating the units when Well Operations Specialist or Lead Pumper of the field the equipment is located is not available Tracking and documentation responsibilities Some tracking to support Well Operations Specialist with where and what well each unit is on, when needed Documenting maintenance work done and scheduling maintenance of the equipment Communicating with Well Operations Specialist and field personnel on scheduling of unit movement Working with field leads to schedule when equipment needs to be moved Working with field leads to assist in rig up/down of equipment   Working Conditions: This position involves outdoor work and may be subject to extreme weather conditions Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, Routine use of hand tools: hammers, wrenches, pipe wrenches with ability to properly tighten/torque fittings for safe operation QualificationsQualifications: Good verbal and written communication and troubleshooting skills. Accurately complete/maintain necessary reports/records in a timely and legible manner, in accordance with applicable procedures and/or work orders. Proficient with Microsoft Office  High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Three to five years oil filed experience strongly preferred.
