Job SummaryÂ
Cabin Cleaning Supervisor efficiently and profitably manages and directs the Cabin Service Department by providing a quality product over a range of cleaning services to its customer base.Â
Â
The expected pay rate is $24/hour. Full-time employees are offered a range of health and wellness benefits as well as 401(k) with company match paid vacation time, sick time, and company paid holidays.Â

Your activitiesÂ
- Participates in budget preparationÂ
- Responsible for resource planning e.g. proper scheduling, equipment, suppliesÂ
- Maintain a high-quality standard of aircraft cleaning operationÂ
- Maintain healthy business relationship with customersÂ
- Supervise and monitor performance and quality of service provided by staff on a regular basisÂ
- Emphasize all aspects of safety on the job (e.g.) correct operation of equipment, and housekeeping.Â
- Ensure all records are maintainedÂ
- Ensure proper handling of international garbage as required by the company, carrier and the Department of Agriculture.Â
- Comply with all federal, state, municipal, airport authority, and carrier security requirements.Â
- Performs all cleaning duties if requiredÂ
- Comply with Swissport SOPs and policies.Â
- Responsible for Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental activities at the station with an objective of reducing employee injuries, aircraft, and equipment damage
- Also, other duties as assignedÂ
