We are seeking dynamic, fashion-forward stylists to join our luxury retail boutiques in Las Vegas. If you have retail experience (especially in fashion) and a winner’s mindset, we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

Deliver exceptional, personalized service to high-end clientele
Style customers head-to-toe in our exclusive collections
Build client relationships and retain loyal VIP customers
Stay on top of fashion trends and bring them to life in-store
Work with a goal-driven team focused on performance and growth
Help maintain the luxury atmosphere of the store

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of Retail experience is required
Strong communicator with confidence and a positive attitude
Motivated by commissions, competition, and success
Passionate about fashion, styling, and sales
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
Ready to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Availability to work 5 days per week

What You Get:

$18 Base Hourly Pay + Uncapped Very Aggressive Commission + Monthly Bonuses ($55,000–$85,000+ annually)
