The Main Bank Cashier role involves managing the distribution of money and chips to internal departments while ensuring accurate reconciliation and verification of all incoming and outgoing funds. The position requires strict adherence to Laguna Development Corporation (LDC) policies, procedures, and core values, as well as compliance with gaming regulations set by the Pueblo of Laguna Gaming Control Board and Tribal Gaming Regulatory Authority. Responsibilities include maintaining expertise in cage operations such as verifying large cash amounts, preparing accurate paperwork, balancing the main bank, tracking records, and resolving variances. The cashier must also handle ATMs and ticket kiosks by performing drops, replenishments, balancing, transporting cassettes, loading/unloading machines, and processing reports. Additional duties include managing pit fills/credits, sorting and bundling currency, maintaining strong mathematical and cash-handling skills, and requesting supervisory support when necessary. The role emphasizes teamwork, professional conduct, and building positive relationships with guests through courteous communication and personalized service, while also maintaining a clean, respectful, and collaborative work environment.
