How you’ll contribute Â
Performs accurate, comprehensive patient evaluations and treatmentsÂ
Provides training, direction and guidance for subordinate rehab staffÂ
Writes accurate, complete and clear documentationÂ
Ensures the timely evaluation and treatment of patients in the most effective and efficient manner possibleÂ
Oversees risk management operations for the Rehab department in the facilityÂ
Conducts in-service programs and trains Rehab/facility staffÂ
Demonstrates appropriate utilization of resources including billing accurately for services providedÂ
Performs other tasks as assignedÂ

Qualifications and requirements:
Degree in rehabilitation, healthcare or a related field requiredÂ
1-3 years experience in rehabilitation or in a long-term care setting preferredÂ
Valid and current Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy license, in the state(s) where services are renderedÂ
Current CPR certification, if required. Current driver’s license, if required by facilityÂ
