About the Role:
Azar International Inc is looking for a driven and experienced Manufacturing Production Assembly Supervisor to lead our team in Kingston, PA. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily production assembly operations to meet output targets and deadlines
- Monitor workflow, staffing, and equipment to ensure efficient and uninterrupted manufacturing processes
- Train, mentor, and evaluate assembly line employees to maintain high performance standards
- Enforce safety protocols, OSHA compliance, and company policies across the production floor
- Identify and resolve production bottlenecks, quality issues, and equipment concerns in a timely manner
- Collaborate with quality control, engineering, and management teams to optimize assembly processes
- Maintain accurate production records, shift reports, and performance metrics
Requirements:
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or production environment
- Strong knowledge of assembly line operations, lean manufacturing, and production workflows
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of production workers
- Familiarity with workplace safety standards and OSHA regulations
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret production schedules, work orders, and technical documents
- High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or relevant certifications a plus
