What You’ll Do:

• Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Mercedes-Benz vehicles
• Use factory-approved tools and systems to ensure precision and compliance
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards
• Document work performed accurately in the RO system
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and contribute to a collaborative service culture

What You Bring:

• Minimum 2–3 years of Mercedes-Benz technician experience
• Mercedes-Benz certifications strongly preferred
• High-level diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with Xentry and manufacturer-specific diagnostic platforms
• Commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

The flat rate range for this position is $28.00 to $40.00. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on production/productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
