About the Role:

Serotonin Anti-Aging Center in Paramus, NJ is looking for a motivated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our growing wellness team. Responsibilities:

Assist providers with patient exams, consultations, and aesthetic or wellness procedures
Perform patient intake, including vital signs, medical history review, and documentation
Prepare and maintain exam rooms, ensuring cleanliness and proper supply inventory
Administer injections, draw labs, and support clinical procedures as directed
Communicate with patients regarding treatment plans, follow-up care, and scheduling
Accurately update and maintain electronic health records (EHR)
Support front office operations and coordinate patient flow as needed

Requirements:

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) preferred
Prior experience in a medical, wellness, or aesthetic clinic setting is a plus
Phlebotomy and injection experience strongly preferred
Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems
Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-first, compassionate approach
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Must be reliable, professional, and a collaborative team player
