About the Role:
Join Azar International Inc as an Inventory Specialist in our Kingston, PA warehouse! This dynamic role offers the opportunity to manage inventory efficiently and contribute to our commitment to excellence in logistics and supply chain management.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock audits.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely deliveries.
- Utilize inventory management software to track stock levels and movements.
- Collaborate with warehouse team members to optimize storage solutions.
- Assist in the preparation of inventory reports and analysis.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in the warehouse.
- Support cycle counting and inventory reconciliation processes.
- Train new staff on inventory procedures and software systems.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in logistics or supply chain preferred.
- Proven experience in inventory management or warehouse operations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with inventory management software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to lift heavy items and operate warehouse equipment safely.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus.
