  • ToĀ operateĀ and remain accountable for assignedĀ operation,Ā leadershipĀ and maintainer functionsĀ 

  • Must be able toĀ utilizeĀ the supplied computer system to perform requiredĀ dutiesĀ Ā 

  • Willing and able to perform allĀ required tasks associated with role, withinĀ the Business unitĀ 

  • Able to work independently with minimal guidanceĀ 

  • Able to work in a team environmentĀ 

  • Ability to learn andĀ utilizeĀ the following programs:Ā Ā SAP, Excellent verbal, written, listening and reading skillĀ 

  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasksĀ 

  • Attention to detail and accuracyĀ 

  • Ability to completeĀ minorĀ adjustmentsĀ and troubleshoot equipment/inventory items in receiving warehouseĀ 

  • Consult with management in developing,Ā improvingĀ andĀ modifyingĀ standard work instructions and training manualsĀ 

  • Work in conjunction withĀ production toĀ preventĀ any unscheduled downtimeĀ within business unitsĀ 

  • Help in the establishment ofĀ and maintenance of inventory system transactionsĀ 

  • Participate openly inĀ Problem solving, implementation of changes, safety analysis,Ā areaĀ audits.Ā 

  • FacilitateĀ andĀ participateĀ inĀ Shift andĀ DDS meetings and present results.Ā 

  • Communicate schedule changes, raw material management,Ā raw materials/ingredients/packagingĀ product management - Holds.Ā 

  • AssistĀ inĀ training ofĀ otherĀ technicians, improve/modifyĀ Work instructions, etc.Ā 

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.Ā 

  • Be available for overtime and call-ins.Ā 

  • Maintain effective communication with the Team Leader through conversations, reports, and meetings.Ā 

  • Be able to analyze problems and suggest effective solutions.Ā 

  • Must be able to follow, interpret,Ā modify, distribute, and account for the production schedule.Ā 

  • Must be able to perform all workĀ tasks while following the procedures.Ā 

  • Must have knowledge of policies related to Safety, GMP, and Food Safety.Ā 

  • Must be able to be certified toĀ operateĀ Powered Industrial Equipment (*PIE)Ā in accordance withĀ company policies. (*ifĀ applicableĀ to role).Ā

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

The starting rate for this full-time, hourly position is $28.99 p/hr.

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
