What You’ll Do:

• Responsible for leading a pod of developers to develop Agentic solutions using UiPath
• Provide technical guidance, design and oversight during initial stages of an implementation and any critical milestones. 
• Develop sustainable solutions with the team of developers in order to drive towards customer adoption 
• Mentor technical engineers who are looking to grow their careers in RPA & Agentic features
• Develop a deep understanding of the UiPath Platform and its functionalities 
• Work with a truly unbelievable technical team that will move mountains to help our customers 
• Become an evangelist of UiPath by identifying client needs and showcasing the best solution 
• Express your passion and enthusiasm by identifying out-of-the-box opportunities to expand the UiPath ecosystem

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in object-oriented programming (C#, C++, VB, Java, or Python preferred)  
• 4+ years of experience developing in UiPath 
• 2+ years of hands-on development in UiPath
• Experience with attended, unattended, and document understanding on the UiPath platform
• Experience configuring UiPath’s AI Trust Layer and LLM interfaces
• Experience in infrastructure related technology and integrating with common systems via APIs
• We are seeking process-minded individuals with good presentation and communication skills (customer facing)
• Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory, fluency in any other languages is a plus
• US citizenship
• Eligible for Secret clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

• UiPath Professional Certifications (Solution Architect or Developer Professional)
• Candidate local to the Washington, DC metro area highly preferred
