What you'll do:
- Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment to clean various facility surfaces, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Perform safety and preventative maintenance checks on power washing machinery and corporate vehicles.
- Respond to work orders, document tasks, and communicate effectively with facility users and team members.
- Manage equipment inventory, install wear parts, and maintain proper storage of tools and vehicles.
- Conduct seasonal exterior maintenance, including snow and ice management, to support facility safety.
- Identify and address equipment malfunctions or hazards, escalating issues as needed.
- Collaborate with managers and coworkers to meet operational priorities and maintain quality standards.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience operating and maintaining pressure washing equipment and related machinery safely and effectively.
- Ability to evaluate cleaning areas and determine appropriate pressure, temperature, and operational methods.
- Skilled in performing preventative maintenance and safety checks on power washing and facility equipment.
- Competence in operating corporate vehicles, including conducting inspections and adhering to safety protocols.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with facility users, managers, and team members.
- Ability to document work accurately using electronic devices and maintain equipment inventory.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 - $35.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
