Description
Are You Ready to Change the Industry Together?
Milestone is a tech-enabled, asset-light logistics and materials platform transforming how civil construction gets done. Our Texas operations, including Cactus Express and CKJ Transport, are growing fast, and we need someone who makes sure our owner-operators and drivers are taken care of. This is a part-time role based out of our Paris, TX office, covering the in-person needs of our Texas fleet. You'll answer phones, keep the office running, and be the go-to person haulers can walk in and talk to, helping them with permits, registrations, onboarding paperwork, and the day-to-day questions that come with running a truck. If you're organized, personable, and want to learn the trucking business from the ground up, we want you on our team.

- Vision: Accelerating the world's infrastructure.

- Find a Way or Make a Way: There is no problem we can't solve. We work together and do hard things to simplify the lives of clients, haulers, and each other. We find the best way and are open-minded to innovation, technology, and new ways of working because we are building an organization to change our industry.
- Candid, but Kind: We tell each other the truth and challenge each other when we don't agree. We build real relationships rooted in kindness and thoughtfulness. Our people will always be our #1 and we will never lose sight of that.
- Rev it Up: Positive energy fuels us to get to our vision. Each of us contributes to our culture by bringing consistent energy and passion that ripples through our teams like a fire. We celebrate and praise each other's contributions and strive to create a place we all want to be.
