Job Duties and Responsibilities
Operate machinery as assigned
Finish, Inspect, and Pack Parts
Record pieces produced along with all defects and scrap
Complete all required paperwork
Always practice safety
Must be able to stand for an 8–12-hour shift
Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds, 30 pounds occasionally
Must be able to climb stairs occasionally
Must be able to reach into press and pull parts from mold
Must be able to stoop or bend to clean mold
Must be willing to rotate jobs
Must be available to work any shift as assigned
Must be able to run all compoundsÂ
Must be willing to work overtime when needed
Must be flexible and willing to perform any task assigned by supervisor or team leader
Must be able to wear protective eye wear, armguards, gloves and steel toed shoes and any other required personal protective equipment.
