We’re looking for an Automotive Service Advisor who is confident presenting recommendations, enjoys working toward goals, and values long-term relationships over high-pressure sales.

If you’re comfortable discussing service needs, explaining value, and helping customers prioritize repairs and maintenance, this role may be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities

Review vehicle inspection results and explain recommended services in a clear, professional manner
Help customers understand the value and importance of maintenance and repair options
Work with technicians to ensure recommendations are communicated accurately
Obtain service approvals and manage repair estimates
Balance customer needs, vehicle safety, and shop goals
Support overall shop performance through consistent, ethical recommendations
Manage appointments and workflow to ensure efficient operations

Qualifications

Automotive service advisor or related experience preferred
Strong communication skills and comfort discussing pricing and options
Professional, approachable, and confident
Organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once
Willingness to learn and grow within the automotive industry
Goal-oriented mindset without high-pressure tactics
