Compensation & Benefits 

  • $47,500 – 86,000+ inclusive of a guarantee plus clinical hour-based incentives

What You Bring 

  • Pre-Independently licensed in Colorado (working toward LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC)  
  • Experience in direct clinical care (Internship experience counts) 
  • Strong communication skills  
  • Eagerness to learn and grow as a clinician

  • Provide outpatient therapy to a diverse client population  
  • Build skills using evidence-based approaches  
  • Work with anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, and more  
  • Participate in supervision and team collaboration
