A well-established and rapidly expanding automotive repair group is hiring an experienced Service Manager to lead one of its highest-performing locations in the Aurora area.

What You’ll Do
- Lead the shop’s day-to-day operations and provide direction, coaching, and support to technicians and service advisors
- Drive sales, profitability, productivity, and customer satisfaction
- Monitor key performance indicators, staffing levels, workflow, and revenue goals
- Help the team improve through consistent coaching, accountability, and performance management
- Build a positive, results-driven culture centered on teamwork, growth, and exceptional service
- Resolve customer concerns professionally while protecting long-term relationships
Compensation and Benefits
- Typical total earnings of $100,000–$120,000, including base salary and performance-based bonuses
