Content Creator - Marketing Specialist

Parker Heating and Air, Plumbing & Electric is seeking a creative and high enery Content Creator / Marketing Specialist to help grow our brand through engaging storytelling and digital marketing efforts. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Parker, CO.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and edit photo and video content (job sites, team members, installs, customer stories)
• Produce content for social media, advertisements, and digital platforms
• Collaborate with marketing partners to optimize ad performance
• Leverage AI tools and modern strategies to increase reach and return on investment
• Plan and support events, trade shows, and local promotions
• Capture customer testimonials and success stories
• Manage online reputation across review platforms
• Develop and send customer newsletters and marketing communications
• Support recruiting marketing initiatives for open roles
• Manage branded materials such as swag and uniforms
• Use ServiceTitan Marketing Pro (training provided)

Qualifications

• Experience with photography, videography, and basic lighting/audio setup
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar editing tools
• Experience or strong interest in social media and digital marketing
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Passion for storytelling and showcasing customer experiences
• Familiarity with AI tools (preferred but not required)
• Positive attitude and alignment with company values

Compensation & Benefits

• $28–$38 per hour based on experience
