Customer Experience Representative (on-site)

We're looking for friendly, reliable Customer Service Reps to join our Parker team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking with customers, solving problems, staying organized, and being part of a busy office.

Pay, Compensation, and Schedule:

• $19.30 per hour base pay + commission opportunities
• Training will blend classroom learning with hands-on phone training.
• M - F schedule
• 8-hour shifts

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer calls and help schedule services
• Help customers with questions, concerns, and service needs
• Schedule, confirm, and update cleaning appointments accurately and efficiently
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate services to maximize value
• Consistently meet or exceed sales metrics
• Engaged, present, and performance-driven
• Handle general office and administrative tasks

• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems

• Previous customer service, call center, restaurant, or office experience is a plus
