Copperstone Mine is looking for a dependable Laborer to support our mining operations by helping maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in mining while working alongside experienced maintenance, warehouse, and operations professionals.   What You’ll Do: As a Laborer, you'll play an important role in keeping our operation running smoothly by: Loading, unloading, staging, and transporting materials and equipment Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe yard Assisting maintenance and warehouse personnel with daily operations Operating light equipment such as forklifts, skid steers, and telehandlers (when qualified) Supporting underground operations with material movement and staging Performing general housekeeping and site upkeep Identifying and reporting unsafe conditions Assisting with inventory organization and contractor logistics   What We're Looking For We are seeking individuals who: Work safely and follow established procedures Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude Enjoy physical, hands-on work in an outdoor environment Can work well independently and as part of a team Are dependable, reliable, and willing to learn High School Diploma or equivalent Hold a valid drivers license with acceptable record for insurance purposes Previous mining experience is helpful but not required. We value individuals who are safety-focused, motivated, and eager to contribute to the success of the team.   Working Conditions This position works in both indoor and outdoor environments and requires standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 pounds), climbing, bending, and working in varying weather conditions.
