Physical Therapist (PT) - Parker, SD
Blue Stone Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide therapy services to pediatric clients in the school systems.
We are committed to delivering high-quality therapy services that support independence and long-term wellness.聽
This is a unique position that could be 100% Pediatrics, or it can be a hybrid of Pediatrics and Geriatrics.
This position will serve multiple partner communities, including Marion and Montrose, with travel between locations as needed.
What You鈥檒l Do:
路 Conduct evaluations and contribute to IEP development
路 Provide therapy services aligned with student goals and educational needs
路 Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
路 Maintain documentation in accordance with school and regulatory requirements
路 Participate in team meetings and student progress discussions
Requirements
What You Bring
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Physical Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure) in applicable state
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care and professional standards
