We're looking for an experiences, high-caliber full-time Senior HVAC Service Technician who shares our values, takes pride in expert troubleshooting and repairs, and wants to build a long-term career with a company that does things right.

Compensation & Benefits

$25–$45/hour + commission (based on experience) and strong overtime opportunities
Top techs earn $90,000–$130,000+ annually

Schedule

Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Overtime opportunities available

What You'll Do

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
Service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and more
Work with advanced systems including variable speed equipment, zoning systems, tankless water heaters, boilers, humidifiers, ERVs, and geothermal systems
Deliver excellent customer service and communicate clearly with homeowners
Maintain high standards of workmanship and safety

What We're Looking For

5+ years of residential HVAC service experience
Strong troubleshooting and repair skills across multiple systems
Experience with both standard and advanced HVAC equipment
Valid driver's license + clean driving record
Ability to commute to Parker, CO / South Metro Denver area
Strong communication and customer service skills
Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality work

Preferred Qualifications

NATE certification
Install experience
Formal HVAC training or certifications
