This role is commission based. Average compensation for this position is $60,000 with top performers earning $150,000

Experience & Qualifications Needed:

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • 1-3 years of progressive experience in auto service is preferred but not required
  • Consistent record of service and sales success
  • Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
  • Team-oriented and self-motivated
  • Able to work independently

 Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities: 

  • Greet customers and guide them through the service process with confidence, professionalism, and a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Present maintenance and repair recommendations clearly, with the goal of increasing closing ratios and maximizing service sales.
  • Consistently follow up with customers for approvals and updates, creating urgency, and trust through timely communication.
  • Collaborate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnoses and estimates are conveyed to customers.
  • Own the customer experience from drop-off to delivery, ensuring every interaction ends with satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Track performance metrics like sales totals and closing ratios to drive continuous improvement.
